ShopShield is a closed network — only verified auto shops can read or post.
1. Shops verify their identity
Every member uploads their business license. We approve manually, usually within one business day. No anonymous accounts.
2. Active subscriptions unlock the network
Members pay $29/mo (or $15/mo if you publish at least one report that month) to read and write.
3. Search a plate before you serve
Look up a vehicle by license plate, make, or model. See published incident reports tied to that plate from verified peers.
4. File reports on vehicles you've serviced
Post first-hand incidents tied to the license plate — bounced checks, chargebacks, theft, threats — with category, severity, and details. No rumors, no personal data.
