We collect the information shops provide to verify their identity (business name, address, license document) and the content of any vehicle reports they publish. Reports are visible only to other verified, active members and to our moderators.

Vehicle identifiers (license plate, state, make, model, color) are submitted by members for the purpose of helping other shops identify problem vehicles. ShopShield does not collect or store personal information about drivers, and does not sell any data.
