By using ShopShield you agree to use the service for its intended purpose — verified shops sharing first-hand incident reports tied to specific vehicles they have serviced. You're responsible for the accuracy of any report you publish. Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. Violation of our Acceptable Use policy can result in suspension without refund.
